St Dunstan's has been a place of prayer and witness at the heart of the community of Stepney for over a thousand years.

It is one of the oldest churches in the east of London and dates from the 10th Century. Throughout the history of the community there has been a deep commitment to strong worship, effective witness and openness to God's call and mission for the Church.

Today St Dunstan's is a lively community of faith where a variety of people from many walks of life join together for prayer, worship, fellowship and explore together what it means to be the people of God in this place.

We hope you will feel welcome at this website and find in it information which will be helpful. Do please also remember us in your prayers as we look forward to many of the challenges which face our church over the coming years.

Fr Christopher Burke
Rector of Stepney
